Would give 0 stars, I booked a group appointment for last day of summer break, they didnt even know about my appointment and had so much walk in they send us to the other bv nails store saying they have time right away for us... 30 min later in the other store they didnt have enough staff nor time right away.. we left every disappointment... horrible store
Went there to get a new set, they completely wrecked my nail. drilled my nail down to the skin. Then tried to gaslight me saying thats just what happens. Then changed their minds to it being their fault when it totally was. They have no care for their clients. Not professional at all with how they deal with their nails. The man who did my nail kept hurting me when he was PULLING off the nail, told him it hurt and everything but he still continued to pull it off anyway. Don’t waste your time there. Can see where the nail started to lift from my skin.
I am not going to tell anyone how to run a business as I haven’t personally done so BUT THIS IS NOT IT. Zero punctuality or respect for clients time. I booked an appointment online a week in advance & waited 45 mins before I just left without receiving my manicure. Super frustrating & a total waste of my time.. so don’t waste yours!
They did a pretty good job! The only problem I faced was the language barrier! Recommended
I booked an appointment over the phone for 1. When I arrive they tell me they are already too busy. This place doesn’t care to waste people’s time. They have no idea how to run a business !! Don’t waste your time.
